Loving Spoonfuls...internationally outlook 2009
Loving Spoonfuls has aired in numerous countries around the world. It is very popular in Israel (and has been for over five years) where it was recently airing three times a day, five days a week on their version of The Food Network.. It is either currently or recently airing in countries like Nigeria, Singapore, Australia, Italy, Finland and others. One thing always missing was a big British or American sale. It seems a shame no American broadcaster has seen this beloved show and thought there was an American audience for it. Grandmothers, it seems, are judged to be subjects that can not get ratings. The PBS network in the past has indicated a curiousity about the series, but their setup demands a show arrive with an underwriter-or sponsor. Interested sponsors...feel free to contact Executive Producer Allan Novak or for international distribution, Oasis International in Toronto.
